Day 7- Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer & NEW HAIR!!

So today is Day 7 of Jamie Eason's LIVE FIT TRAINER. It is the last day of week 1 and the 3rd EST day in  a row! Ahh I hate being so inactive but I am going to follow her trainer as she states to! Tomorrow is Day 8 and the start of week 2. I cannot wait to get back to the gym and hit it HARD!! My muscles have all recovered and I am feeling great and strong. I am even starting to see small changes in my body. My jeans actually fit a bit better. I have been eating ok but for some reason on the days I don't have to workout I don't have as much motivation to eat on time and as clean :( I have to change that. Even though I did eat OK, these rest days the meals weren't really on time and I had one cheat meal on Sunday which I felt bad about afterwards! :/  Today is a rest day and I am back on track with my eating.  That's about all on the fitness front...

But personally I wanted to share with you my new hairdo! I haven't had my hair styled in sooooo long! My hair was long, straight and boring. Yesterday I went to Mastercuts and had an amazing stylist layer and highlight my hair...I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

Day 4- Jamie Eason Live Fit Trainer

Week 1 of Jamie Eason Live Fit Trainer DONE!!!! Gotta admit I feel kinda proud :) I did my workouts to a T this week and my diet was completely clean no slip-ups!! Took my supps as I should and I did it all while being damn sick too. Happy to say I am starting to feel better today, think I'm finally kicking this flu bug! Here are today's exercises. Felt pretty strong throughout this except for abs! Uhh I hate working my abs, they are soooo weak after having 5 kids but I have to change that so I pushed through!! 
 I did hear the words 'I can't' creep into my mind about half way through the bicycle crunches but I immediately pushed those thoughts aside and envisioned the bod I want!! Those thoughts along with some awesome tunes got me through it! ;)   The next 3 days are rest day in this program which seems like a lot but I think by tomorrow I will successfully have every muscle in my body sore ha ha! So I'll take it!

Day 3- Jamie Eason Live Fit Trainer

Happy Friday all!!!

I have decided to make Fridays my weekly weigh in day. Since I'm not doing cardio right now and only lifting I don't really expect to much of a weight loss but want to document my weight non the less :) So I'm gonna take it with a grain of salt and really go on what I see in the mirror and how my clothes fit. Today's weight 135.0 that is 1 lb less than the last time I weighed. I'll take it ;)

Today was Day 3 of the Jamie Eason Live Fit Trainer which was LEGS AND CALVES which is my weak spot.  Can't wait to gain more strength in my lower body. Here are the exercises I did today and I also added some walking lunges. Funny I am on Day 3 and my chest and triceps are still sore from Day 1 lol. My biceps and back are only slightly sore from yesterday though..... Pretty soon every muscle in my body will be sore ha!


Even though this was just lifting and body weight I still got in a great calorie burn!


For lunch I had a serious craving for shrimp lol, don't know why....so I made some in my new hot pink fry pan, isn't it cute?!

Lunch was pretty good...


But my snack was the absolute favorite, I made these banana and PB bites, I'll share the recipe here with you all SOON!



I also wanted to share this with you all, it's amazing the healthy benefits to just losing weight!!

Jamie Eason Live Fit Train- Day 2

Happy Thursday all! Hope you had a good day TGTF (thank god tomorrows Friday)
I just wanted to tell you all:>>>>


So today was Day 2 of Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer.

 I woke up with my chest and triceps pretty sore from yesterdays workout, which was just fine with me. Lets me know I worked and hit all the right places :)  I had a petty rough start to my day though. I have been sick for the past several days or so and spent all night last night with fever chills. It was awful.  I didn't wake up on time this morning but didn't beat myself up over it, my body needed the rest being sick.  I slept in an extra our and literally drug myself out of bed, wow I felt like hell!!   I do have to say one thing though, it just goes to show how taking care of yourself and what you put in your body truly affects how you feel. Once I got out of bed, ate my breakfast and took my supplements I felt so much better. Not 100% but much better!  About an hour after breakfast I headed to the gym to do Day 2 which was Back and Biceps. I felt pretty strong considering I was sick.

Felt pretty strong through Day 2 even being sick. AND this turned out to be a calorie burner too in just

Then it was recovery time:

I have to say I am pretty proud of myself. Even being sick I have done both days of my workouts, strong, AND have eaten completely clean FOR TWO DAYS TOO, and drank nothing but water.   I am working my way up to drinking 1 gallon a day but far from it. I get about 75 oz or so in a day. So hard to get 128 oz!!! I use my new bodybuilding.com cup:

Jamie Eason's LIVE FIT TRAINER Day 1

Day 1-  Jamie Eason's LIVE FIT TRAINER 12 WEEK PROGRAM

HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SPRING ALL!!   Not only is it the first day of Spring but also DAY 1 of Jamie Eason's LIVE FIT

TRAINER for me!  I wanted to document each day of my journey through Jamie Easons Live Fit Trainer. I am sure this is going to be super tough but I CAN DO IT!!!! I am  bit out of shape and do have about 25 lbs of body fat to lose. I am currently at 136 lbs at 5'2" tall (or shall I say short)  and have 25% body fat.  My end goal after the trainer is to be under 20% body fat with very end goal to maintain between 15 and 18% BF.
Today is Day 1.
I woke up feeling like utter CRAP. I have had a horrible cold bug for the last several days, but that didn't stop me. As bad as I wanted to turn the alam off, I didn't, and climbed my butt out of bed!  So day 1 of a new lifestyle for me!!  I pledge to:

1) Do the best I can do!!
2) Take my supplements each day
3) Eat as clean as possible, this will be the hard part as its still pretty new to me!
4) TRAIN HARD!!!! Lifting heavy is also new to me but I am excited about it!!!!

So as some of you may know there is NO CARDIO during the first 4 weeks of Jamie's program!   Whaaaa?   Yep. I have always been a cardio freak but am trying to change that. This will be a challenge doing no cardio for 4 week but I WILL follow Jamie's program and "TRUST IN THE PROGRAM" as she says! This is such a science. More so than I ever knew. Timing when you eat and when you take your supplements is so important. So today went a bit like this!

 I woke early, threw myself together/got on my workout clothes, then made myself a healthy breakfast. Took my  breakfast supplements. Then waited about an hour till I hit the gym. Today is chest and triceps.Have a feeling I will be sore tomorrow, can't wait lol! I have read before that some are sore for the entire 12 weeks, we will see. To me that makes me feel good and that I DID WORK THOSE MUSCLES.

-Ok so I just finished DAY 1! Felt good ;)  I started out strong but by the time I got to the narrow pushups my arms were quaking!! I'm not used to those as I always do wide. And of course I was down on my knees. I can't wait tl the day when I can do pushups not on my knees! By the last workout (tricep pushdowns) m arms were shaaaaking!!
After my workout I popped a BCAA and had my chocolate protein powder in some almond milk, not bad. Oh and 1/2 a banana too! Overall today went pretty good! I stuck to my clean eating ALL DAY!! That is huge for me!  BUT I have to admit this eating clean stuff is hard when you are not used to it.   I ate every 2.5hrs today and felt like I was eating ALL THE TIME!  I'm sure it will become second nature over time.   Can't wait for Day 2 tomorrow.
