Month 1 Starting Photos and Measurements

As promised I have my starting photos and measurements!

Ok here we go! And yes I have cropped my head out (lol) only temporarily though I promise! Give me a little bit to get a bit more comfortable sharing these photos then I will :) I am 136 lbs at 5'2" in these photos. I want to get down to about 115 lbs and gain sexy lean muscle! I may not be very big but I do have a lot of fat on my small frame. Trust me lol

Well there ya have it. ME! Thank for following along with me in this journey. It's just the beginning but I am very optimistic. I am ready to DO THIS!!! Going to be taking starting body measurements/weight tomorrow morning! Will post here. I will also post a starting picture (before pic). I will only be weighing in once a month, so once a month I will post my weight and measurement results here! Also a monthly progress pic!

Working hard on new site!

Working hard on my fitness journey website! Can't wait for it to go live soon. I think my website will be an amazing tool to hold me accountable. Can't wait to share it with everyone :)

Another little tidbit about me

Another little tidbit about me, working out is not new to me. I have been into exercising and fitness since I was a teenager. Problem is once I got pregnant I didnt exercise at all. That was a spam of about 10 years between my first and last born, WITH NO EXERCISING! If I was to do it again I would of kept up the working out throughout that time! I had my last baby at age 28 and my weight was at my all time high of 160 after having him, that was in 2006, remember I am only 5'2". Since then I have gotten back into working out and lost some weight and I do love working out but mainly do cardio. I am ready to get into lifting as well! I want to transform my body and have sleek lean sexy muscle!

A little About Me

A little Intro About Me :) My name is Jen and I am a 35 yr old mom to 5 kids ages 6-14. They are the light of my life! My husband and I have been married for 15 years and live in the midwest. My pre-babies body was a very thin 110 lbs and I am 5'2" tall. I am a small boned girl so even the slightest amount of weight really shows on my small frame. Needless to say after having 5 kids I have some accumulated weight I would like to shed. I will share my initial weight and measurement stats soon along with a body pic, eeek! I am wanting to get my weight down to about 115 or so and just overall get into the best shape of my life!! So come follow along with me on this journey. I would LOVE all the support and motivation I could get. I decided to start this page and my website/blog that will be started soon to hold me accountable!!!
